MEDIA — The Rotary Foundation of Media has given over $15,000 to the Media Food Bank during the past year. The Rotary Club normally meets weekly for lunch, but the pandemic precluded that possibility, and a member of the club suggested that members donate what they would usually pay for lunch to community workers. Initially, the club provided lunches to medical personnel at Riddle Hospital and to First responders in Media who were on the front lines of caring for those stricken by COVID. Members donated over $4,000 for meals to these workers.
