MIDDLETOWN — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an alleged road rage incident in October that resulted in damage to a young driver’s vehicle.
According to information provided by PSP Troop K Media, a 17-year-old female came into the barracks Oct. 15 to complain that she had been the victim in an incident at the corner of U.S. 352 and Whiteley Road.
The alleged victim said she pulled in front of another driver onto southbound 352 and would not allow the other driver, identified as 25-year-old Kyle Morgan, of Philadelphia, to enter her lane.
Morgan allegedly exited his vehicle at the traffic light at Whiteley Road and approached the female’s vehicle. He began yelling, threw a beverage into the victim’s car, and threw pocket change at her, striking her in the face, according to the release.
Morgan then allegedly kicked the back left quarter panel of the victim’s car, leaving a dent, before getting back into his car and fleeing the scene.
